Greek yogurt is perfect for your hair. It is high in proteins, vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid and vitamin D. Research states that vitamin D supports hair follicle health.

Blueberries are super fruits. It is hard to top a blueberries for its vitamin C composition. Vitamin C is essential for circulation to your scalp and support to the blood vessels that feed your follicles. If you have too little vitamin C in your diet you will have extensive hair breakage.
