Be Your Best Friend

Hey You, In The Matters of You,

Have you ever really paid attention to how you talk to yourself,  treat yourself, feed yourself or just plain take care of yourself?

Is it good?  Would you say you do these things as well as you do for your child,  your employees.  My guess is no.  What if we thought of our basic job is to act as if we were there to take care of ourselves.

To care for ourselves.  .  .  in health,  wellbeing, spiritually and even fun.  Its a new paradigm,  I realize and may even sound selfish.  .  .  But it could change your life for the better.

A human being is an amazing organism that can recover and self heal almost from all illnesses if we just take care of it.  Take care of our vehicle.

Its time to be your best friend.
