Muscle spasms and spasticity are health conditions experienced by a lot of individuals and when these conditions kick in they are usually, sudden, painful, involuntary, and unpredictable.<\/p>\n

Several health issues that can also stimulate muscle spasticity are amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), multiple sclerosis (MS), and cerebral palsy.<\/p>\n
